About The Company:
Mammoth Energy Group
Mammoth Energy Group, Inc.
("Mammoth") formerly traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange, is now, after its
restructuring as an oil and gas exploration company, trading on the Pink Sheets
Quotation Service under the ticker symbol MMTE.PK.
United
Gas OK, Inc.
Mammoth has signed an agreement to
acquire United Gas OK Inc. an Oklahoma company with working interests in 17
producing gas wells and a deposit placed on a 1,400 acre field and also in
Oklahoma that has the potential to drill 60 shallow gas wells.
Our
Philosophy
Where other oil and gas exploration
companies seem to be focused on hitting ³home runs² with respect to their
exploration and drilling philosophy, and seem to be content to spend substantial
cash resources to test for large oil and gas reserves, Mammoth, on the other
hand, is concentrating on hitting low risk "singles", preferring to methodically
build cash flow while keeping an eye open for the occasional opportunity, where
when cash flow permits, it is warranted to take a chance and "swing for the
fences".
Mammoth is focused on
executing 4 primary strategies:
1. To lease large areas of
acreage in "hot area".
2. To drill low risk wells that are in or near existing fields.
3. To develop low risk projects in Oklahoma where shallow gas wells can be
brought into production with a very high probability of success.
4. To acquire existing production that possesses possibilities for expansion.

My Comments:
We have seen over the past few
years many startup small Gas & Oil issues.. Mammoth is different in the way that
they have already acquired leases in the Oklahoma Woodford Shale Basin.. This
area is comprised of
1,000-square-mile area stretching
across southeastern Oklahoma.
We know about the great find in
the Barnett Oil Shale of Central Texas.. Many small startups made huge gains for
shareholders there.
What also makes this a nice penny
pick is the company is surrounded by large Oil concerns of the likes of
Newfield Exploration Co.,
Chesapeake and BP who have an invested interest and spent $1.7 billion to start
explorations.. Some of the big oil executives have stated that
on
a pure productivity basis, the Woodford outperforms the Barnett..
From the AAPG Explorer
http://www.aapg.org/explorer/2008/07jul/woodford.cfm
"The biggest single chunk of
money aimed at the Woodford this year – about $500 million – will be
invested by the play’s dominant driller, Newfield Exploration Co. of
Houston.
But more than 25 operators
have tried at least one Woodford well recently.
Devon Energy Corp. and
Chesapeake Energy Corp. of Oklahoma City and Cimarex Energy Co., Antero
Resources Corp. and St. Mary Land & Exploration Co. of Denver have been
active players in the Woodford.
So have XTO Energy Inc. of
Houston, Pablo Energy Inc. of Amarillo, Texas, PetroQuest Energy Inc. of
Lafayette, La., and Continental Resources Inc. of Enid, Okla."
The
company has already started drilling and have successfully proven solid reserves
on 3 wells and more are expected by years end.
Considering
the much discussed energy needs for the USA, makes Mammoth Energy a nice energy
play.
In
my opinion, as we move forward and the company completes additional wells and
brings them online, the share price currently trading at .0017 appears well
undervalued.. It is not unreasonable to see us above .01 on the additional
completions in the very near future.
I
consider this a speculative buy.. Read the PRs and do your DD..
Have
a good day
