About AlumiFuel Power, Inc.
API is an alternative energy company that generates hydrogen gas and superheated steam for multiple niche applications requiring on-site, on-demand fuel sources, serving National Security and commercial customers. API’s hydrogen drives fuel cells for back-up and portable power, fills inflatable devices such as weather balloons, and can replace costly, hard-to-handle and high pressure K-Cylinders. Its hydrogen/steam output is also being designed and developed to drive turbine-based underwater propulsion systems and auxiliary power systems. API has significant differentiators in performance, adaptability, safety and cost-effectiveness in its target market applications, with no external power required and no toxic chemicals or by-products.
About AlumiFuel Power Corporation AlumiFuel Power Corporation, formerly known as Inhibiton Therapeutics, Inc., recently acquired its wholly owned operating subsidiary AlumiFuel Power, Inc., a Philadelphia-based early production stage alternative energy company that generates hydrogen gas and steam for multiple niche applications requiring on-site, on-demand fuel sources. My Comments:
This company has a real Green business model in the well known sector of the many uses of hydrogen gas..
AFPW - Brings an interesting concept for stand alone models yet to fully come to fruition and in this current energy climate, alternative sources have gain their seat at the table.
The company is fully compliant and current filings can be found through their website and other sources...Attractive share structure, as of December 1, 2009: 289,936,993 O/S and dilution appears currently to be a non-issue.
I like the potential in the company going forward, they also appear to keep shareholders well informed through press releases and quarterly filings.
Check their latest press releases for ongoing informative updates and their latest filings along with your DD.
Current share price of .065 - .068 is a nice entry...
I own it and I have not received compensation to profile this issue.
Have a good day
